Britney Spears got into trouble yet again on Friday, when a former TMZ reporter sued the singer for a past incidence of running over his foot. Ricardo Mendoza filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles against Spears. The lawsuit claims that Spears negligently started her car and committed assault and battery when she ran over his foot in Beverly Hills in October 2007. Well, that time Britney was going through a bad time in life, it was when she was denied the custody of her two sons. Mendoza is also suing a pair of Spear’s companies, claiming their agents should have known that Spears wasn’t capable of driving the vehicle properly.
It must have been a real shock to Britney. We hope this paparazzi doesn’t gain anything out of it as it is very disgusting to behave this way.
