Nicole Kidman arrived at the Supreme court in Sydney, Australia, Monday, November 19, 2007. She explained the court about her bad experience that happened when she was on the way for dinner from her house in Sydney to her parent’s place that is in another part of the city on January 23, 2005.

She explained that suddenly Fawcett (celebrity freelance photographer in Sydney) and his assistant started chasing her in two different vehicles. Nicole said that she got very very frightened and scared and thought that this ride would end in an accident. She even said that she was distressed and was into tears by the time she reached her parent’s home.

The Oscar winning actress also said that this was not the first time he did this way, but it happened twice in the past. 1) While she was on her honeymoon with country music star Keith Urban in Tahiti in mid-2006 and 2) After Christmas in Sydney last year.

Fawcett is one of the reasons why she has security guards around her, she said. Now the Courtroom has to decide how much the newspaper’s publisher, ‘Fairfax Media’ should pay for photographer-damages.
