Not far from 50, the Material Girl has just completed an exerting world tour and back home she has got three tots to care for, still, her exercise regime can put most of us to shame.

The 48-year-old pop star says,
I mix it up – Pilates, gyrotonics, yoga. I do it six days a week, with Sundays off. Actually, Sunday is a day of horse-riding. There’s no such thing as a day off.
Despite a strict diet and exercise schedule, she still has fat days when she worries about her weight. She tells Elle magazine,
I run longer on the treadmill and don’t eat as much the next day, so then it evens out, but I’m sure it’s all in my head.
Madonna says that she sticks to red wine as she is particularly font of it, and specially Bordeaux.
The Hung Up star, who is a mother of three says that she gets upset when work and home life clash. She says that she feels stressed if she is working on too many projects simultaneously, as quality time with family is equally important.
Madonna can definitely afford such a grueling exercise regime as she has a whole brood of nannies and personal assistants.
