Simon Cowell finally picks up former Chairman and CEO of Island Def Jam Music Group, L.A. Reid as one of judges for his famous TV realty show American X Factor. Simon has been in search for a fitting talent for the U.S. version of the reality show, which will premiere on Fox this fall. Reid, who is also a prolific songwriter and producer, has a long tradition in music world. He is largely involved in the growth of leading artists of the time like Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Pin Avril Lavigne and Toni Braxton so on.

Simon will further decide who else will sit on the judges table for the forthcoming show. Auditions for X Factor will kick off late this month in Los Angeles.
