Thackeray criticizes Kalam for his non-action on Afzal’s hanging, calls Congress leaders impotent

In Indian politics, any body can say whatever he thinks for any cause, it seems. The Shiv Sena Supremo Bala Saheb Thackeray does it always. This time the President of India and Missile-man APJ Abdul Kalam became his target and only for political cause. Thackeray has been busy holding rallies for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) polls.

During his speech, Thackeray criticized congress party by using derisive remarks against Sonia Gandhi and Congress leaders. Later, he didn’t even spare President APJ Abdul Kalam.

He was actually criticizing UPA government on the issue of the death sentence of Mohammad Afzal Guru, accused of Parliament attack case.

Just have a look what he said to the President of India. Thackeray said restlessly that now the President cannot see what is happening. His long hair has come before his eyes. He cannot see what is happening before him.

Kalam enjoys much respect from every part and every section of the country for his contribution to the scientific development of India and his lovable nature.

It happened for the first time in the history of India that any body used such kind of harsh and humiliating words for a President.

On Sonia Gandhi, he said that foreigners are ruling this country. The Congress leaders and workers are all impotent.

This is being said that such kind of remarks made by Bal Thackeray is the last and desperate attempt to revive the declining morale and fortune of his desolated party.

He dose not want any stone unturned to regain its political base in Mumbai at least. He had said, while celebrating his 80th birthday, that

there is a conspiracy going on to separate Mumbai from Maharashtra. It would not be tolerated at any cost. He had said further that the city would burn if it would be taken away from Maharashtra.
