Being bossy doesn’t help in the process of leading others. It only annoys or irritates the others. In order to influence others effectively so that they will listen and look up to you it needs practice and experience. This is why it is called an art which some psychologists call as ‘’mastering your environment.’’ In order to become a leader a person has to become a good human-being, who can understand the emotions and psychological needs of those persons who are working under him. A good leader must not always be domination his subordinates. Instead he must be very humble so that any person can approach him directly. This will increase his popularity and will prove the fact that he is a good leader. He must never separate himself from the masses but be a part of them and contribute towards their all-round development. Thus being bossy is not always about giving out orders but also about listening intently with full conviction.

03. A leader should not criticize his subordinates always as it discourages them. Feedback should be given both in positive and negative ways. Positive feedback serves as a boost for the employees and they are encouraged to give some extra effort from the next time while doing the work and this also helps in bringing interest in doing the job.
04. The employees have to be brought under a single line of motive by analyzing what kind of goals you want to achieve. The things which are important for you may not be important to them so your job is motivating them by providing them with prospective opportunities so that you can get what you want by helping them achieve their goals as well.
