Son of oil tycoon E. Pierce Marshall, J. Howard Marshall who was battling with former Playboy mate Anna Nicole Smith over his father’s riches has passed away. He was 67 years old, his family is claming that he died all of a sudden from a brief but extremely aggressive infection. No more details were made available.
Anna is the only one who is benefitting with this. She got married to Marshall when she was just 26 and Marshall was 89. Almost a year later, he passed away and since then his son and Anna were into a legal fight over the fortune of oil tycoon. The case went all the way to Supreme Court; she won the multi million judgment which was eventually reduced to zero.
Now when J. Howard Marshall is dead it will be easier for Anna to get a big chunk from Marshall’s fortune.
