I don’t know what the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards promises the nominees and viewers, but this latest promo featuring Ke$ha in her panties is just the kind of excitement I’m expecting from the show. We’ll have to wait till September 12 to know if Chelsea Handler can handle the heat during this mega-show or not, but for now, here’s the sexy Ke$ha playing her role pretty well.
