Country singer Carrie Underwood’s new crush is ‘Gossip Girl’ star Chace Crawford. Ok! is reporting that Underwood, 24 and Crawford, 22, are a new couple. The twosome was spotted locking lips last Friday at NYC club Marquee.
According to one eyewitness, “They were canoodling all night and stayed until close.”
On Saturday also the pair enjoyed a romantic dinner at Mario Batali’s Del Posto restaurant and afterwards a few drinks at the Soho Grand and the Rose Bar in the Gramercy Park Hotel.
Carrie Underwood, the winner of the fourth season of American Idol was previously linked to Dallas Cowboy quarterback Tony Romo.
And for her semi-romance she tells the upcoming issue of Seventeen magazine, “We’re very good friends, and I talk to him pretty much every day, whether it’s a text or whatever. But we were never, like, dating.”
But Carrie’s pals reveal a different story to Ok! One pal says,
“I think Carrie broke up with the football player in July. Chace is much better for her. He’s a lot more interesting. He’s on a hit show and dating Carrie is the first gossip to come out of Gossip Girl.”
I am a huge Carrie Underwood fan and they look good together.
