Another controversy is waiting to start as a Delhi Court may prohibit media to cover the proceedings for recording the deposition of Bharti Yadav in the connection with Nitish Katara murder case.

Earlier, Bharti, a key witness in the Nitish Katara murder case and sister of Vikas Yadav, the main accused in the case, had appealed to the court for not allowing media to taking and publishing her photographs.

Delhi High Court has ordered on Tuesday to turn down her earlier request to issue a passport for her even before her arrival from London.

However, the court had given directive to issue her an emergency travel documents only to make easy her travel to India. She will get the fresh passport only when after she will be deposed in the case.
