Three weeks following a boob job and rhinoplasty, Heidi Montag, 20, looked much sexier, seen with beau Spencer Pratt April 22 on a Malibu beach.
An onlooker said,
She looked awesome! She seemed really happy.
Beverly Hills-based doctor Frank Ryan performed both the surgeries, for the sexy starlet of Hollywood, who always desired C-cups. Montag always said that women should do, whatever makes them feel sexy.
Though Montag has still not confirmed a plastic surgery, she says that she has plenty of reasons to be in good spirits. She claims that she is in a great place in her life.
