During her interview with Larry King on Wednesday, Marie Osmond accepted publicly that her 16-year-old son, Michael was sent to a rehabilitation center. But she also said that she was proud of her son because he has shown courage in getting rid of his habits and is cooperating to get well soon.
It has been a very matured statement of Osmond that as a mother she feels proud of her son and has asked the media to cooperate.
This was important so that in this family crisis she keeps herself concerned with her son’s recovery rather than worrying about what the press is going to release when they come to know from sources.
She appreciated the attitude of press and public towards her in past and showed faith in them so that without any further issue she can overcome this crucial period.
She also said that they would respect her privacy during this time. She needs courage to face the situation and help her son out and seems quite confident over that. She also said that many people are suffering from this problem now a days and almost every family is touched by it.
