No Twitter or Facebook for Bruce Willis

Bruce Willis may be quite adept at using futuristic gadgets and weapons to save the world from galactic disasters, but when it comes to electronic medium and social networking websites, he prefers to stay away from the danger. The Die Hard star confesses that he will never follow in his ex-wife Demi Moore’s footsteps by signing up to a social networking website because he finds the whole idea as disturbing.

Contactmusic reports,

Moore and her current partner Ashton Kutcher are big fans of micro-blogging site Twitter.com, regularly updating thousands of followers about their daily activities. But Willis hasn’t bought into the trend and admits he is still slightly sceptical of the world’s reliance on internet communication. He tells German website TrailerSeite.de, “What really disturbs me is the danger that lies in the fact that people want to communicate information quicker and quicker. I am not a big fan of social networks in electronic form. If the electricity dies, we would have to go home right now.”

So the ones who are eager to follow Bruce on Twitter or catch up with him on Facebook, please excuse. The hunk is happy flying spaceships and saving the world. Social networking sites are a big no-no for him.
