The famous rapper and music producer, Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, popularly known as Nate Dogg to all of us, passed away on 15th March 2011, at the age of 41. The rapper’s family has confirmed the news. Isn’t it hard to believe that there would not be any new releases from the rapper that we were so used to look forward to?
Snoop Dogg tweeted Tuesday night:
We lost a true legend n hip hop n rnb. One of my best friends n a brother to me since 1986 when I was a sophomore at poly high where we met.
It seems like an era of G-funk hip-hop has also come to an end too. He is surely going to be missed, after all, talents like him inspire millions of people worldwide who listen to his music. I have already listened to one of my favorites, Never Leave me Alone four times today! May God bless his soul and provide comfort to his family. The news is of course heart-breaking, but, in a way, it can be soothing to think that if he was in such pain, it is good that he is now free from it.
